without foreign labour it will increase wages, as without endless cheap labour employers will have to pay a decent wage to attract workers.

of course it will, you should know if there is strong demand for lambs and there is few for sale then the price of them will be higher.

same applies with workers, if there is low unemployment and a smaller workforce employers have to pay more per hour to attract them.

And there is a balance+limit to what companies can afford before becoming unprofitable which doesn't benefit economy

true but its only in the last 15 yrs you have had cheap labour at this level, 1970s, 80s, 90s you all had farms and made a living.
