Is it adjusted to the LBP-USD exchange rate between 2019 and 2020?

It reflects face value prices thereby reflecting the inflation in prices as result of national currency depreciation

Interesting to see how Local cigarettes have a higher price increase (%) than the exported cigarettes.

Cedars everywhere were 1000, then 1500, now 2000. So their statistic doesn't fit.
