    What are you going for? Do you know? You can't know or do everything in security. You just can't. There's too much. Trying to do that without a plan means working yourself to exhaustion and feeling like you've been chasing your own tail. Figure out what you want. Focus on that.

    Maybe we just shouldn't have charts any more. At least in the old days if you wanted to game the system you had to physically walk into a shop and buy an armful of CDs, tapes or 7"s. Now you just fiddle with the algorithm on your search function and boom, instant #1.

    I wish people argued the way a compiler handles code: if someone says something the other person thinks is wrong, the argument halts and they have to debug it.
