What I witnessed last night from NYPD was truly sickening. I saw POC shout to be heard, asking for others to feel their pain. The protest was peaceful. No one used weapons no one touched the officers. The response?

He was physically assaulted. The kid posed no physical threat. I've been asked by cops to "move along", "get on the sidewalk", "move back", at many events. If one did this to me, he'd be seeing me in court. He's lucky that kid wasn't badly hurt.
