    I was really hoping COVID-related deaths would be a thing of the past, due to the older population having been vaccinated already, but the deaths curve is starting to trend upward along with the % positivity rate. Let's hope it's not as steep as Wave 1 and Wave 2.

    It was looking good in Ontario in March. Deaths curve was flat as % Positivity rate rose from ~2.5% to ~5%. However, the deaths curve has turned upward again. Maybe it's the variants hitting the younger generations harder? cc:

    During Wave 1 and Wave 2, we could predict the Deaths curve by watching the % Positivity curve (with an offset of ~3 weeks from infection to fatality).
