    Being full stack doesn’t mean you know every single thing about every technology you could possibly use to create software for the web. It means you can create and deploy a web application by yourself. Rails + jQuery + Heroku is “full stack” by my definition.

    While the tone of the book can be off-putting to some people, the important thing I learned reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" is that you don't build wealth trading hours for money. You need to *own* things that put money in your pocket every month.

    Found some very early prototypes of the home screen for V made with . Tried out some 3D perspective shenanigans that were later cut. One of the more interesting thing I’ve been working on. They were natively navigatable with Gamepads as well.

    AWS fixed the issue of cold start time for VPC-connected Lambda's. Instead of delays up to 18 seconds, the difference is barely noticeable now. Always-up-to-date charts here:

    Do people mix and match queries in and ? For example, if I want to get the currently authenticated user in a few different components, would you just call the query where required or would you move it to a provider?
