Good question! If it takes more than a month, it could likely mean that your channel is being held for a second review. You may not receive an email/notification when this happens, however you'll surely be notified in an email once a decision is made. Hope you hear back soon.
@TeamYouTube I have submitted a review for the YouTube Partnership Program to enable monetization on my channel. I heard that if it takes over a month, there's a chance that my channel could've been held for a second review. Would I have been sent an email if this happened?

If they did hold for a second review, is this because of something I need to fix or remove from my channel perhaps? Why would they need to review again?
