She's so scared, poor baby. Her owners need to be publicly named and shamed. Why keep a dog if you're just going to abandon them.

Abandoned by owhere as they are shifting permanently & left her with their servant..right now this baby is in a slum area & the servant can't take care & wants to give her away.. or will leave her on the street..
