    City Hall will open at 10 a.m. instead of 8 a.m. Tuesday so the fire suppression system can be repaired. Since water will be turned off to the building, it will be closed to employees and the public. Normal office hours – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – will resume Wednesday.
