You know what's interesting about those games is (if you can ignore the shooting and violence as the primary means to solve problems) that they are about forging community in the ruins of the old world and living better with less. Maybe it's not premeditating but shared longing?

True, the examples I have used do foreground a vision of a reimagined community which have cast off the preconceptions of our "real-world" society and ask what do we carry with us and what do we leave behind. But I'm speaking to someone who knows. Also, what a bad time for a typo
