if you started a crowdfund for game developers to send someone back in time to murder whoever taught gamers the word "optimization" you'd have few $million within minutes. seriously who do we have to thank for that crap?

I saw one video where a tuber (Skillet? Skillup?) asserted to know better than todd howard about what's best for their workflow and what engine or editor they should use. Then they go on to list a bunch of "engine bugs" like "no FOV settings". The arrogance is killing me.
