This is what MN-03 Rep Erik Paulsen (R) has been doing for 8 years... he won’t have a townhall, won’t answer constituents’ questions, and refers to criticism (as he did in his recent newsletter) as the work of “trolls.” This, in a district that voted Clinton over Trump.
The reporting life keeps you humble. Just went up to a senator in an empty hallway and asked if they had time for one question. The senator paused, glanced at me, and said, “No.”
