    Sanders is ahead of Trump in 4 out of 5 swing states - tied with him in the 5th. Hillary lost 4 out of 5 of these states to Trump. Just was true in 2016 - when Dems claimed Hillary was more electable than Sanders - the anti-Sanders electability argument is negated by the data:

    USCIS hasn’t hit the H-2B cap yet for 2020, but raising the cap is being discussed in a hearing as if it’s a national emergency:

    Sen. Lankford refers to my story about the h-2b visa cap being raised by 45k. "You have permission to do that...and you can go even higher than that." Urges him to do it as quickly as possible.

    I look forward to - and welcome - seeing all of the candidates who opposed or waffled on Medicare for All start to flip-flop on their incorrect and miscalculated position at the next :

    NBC News entrance polls of Democrats on Medicare for All: 57-38% support in Iowa, 58-37% support in New Hampshire, 62-35% support in Nevada. Maybe the candidates who staked their primary campaigns on opposing Medicare for All miscalculated.

    Union members like me who have good health insurance know that (1) we’ll lose it if we lose our jobs, (2) too many of our friends and fam don’t have insurance, are underinsured, or can’t afford deductibles, and (3) we’d rather be free to bargain for other priorities:

    This is very interesting: Rank and file union voters embracing Sanders in NV despite leadership opposition to him based on Medicare for All. I found very similar things reporting on union members nationally. Rank and file seem to dig it/him.

    One of the most depressing things to happen on immigration under Trump is the fact that Stephen Miller’s top priority - the public charge regulation - will now take effect nationwide. Our system will not survive another four years of Trump and we can’t rely on the courts:

    Justice Sotomayor is sounding a major alarm in her dissent yesterday (on public charge), abt conservative control over SCOTUS & how the Trump Administration is skipping over the federal judiciary and running straight to SCOTUS for backing on its most controversial policies. 1/
