Is there a - disturbing- meta-message here? The comparision with the three Chang'e lunar landings is getting more ominous every hour - with a few hours delay at best we started getting inundated with pictures, details, hour-long live shows on the international TV channel. Now https://www.youtube.com/c/cgtn/videos has kept mum for 21 h.

Since the report of a good landing and congratulations from everywhere all other space agencies haven't said anything anymore. (I've heard ESA's Mars Express is scheduled to listen for signals tomorrow - and I bet the MRO will try to get a shot of the published coordinates.)

But what data was yesterday's report of a successful landing *based* on? And why haven't we heard a shred of further news about its status in the - by now 40! - hours that followed? Compare that to the three Chang'e lunar landings, how much was shared then swiftly.
