great. i was watching my custard and peaches heat up in the microwave and now I don't understand time anymore. i wanted dessert not a freak out on clocks, intervals, change, and the wizardry of waiting.

i drew a similar conclusion a while back, that time is just things changing. i.e. time is just perception. based on things we notice. primarily we notice the regular motion of some bodies in the solar system.. relative to us. or perhaps secondarily. body clock, night & day 1st

The physics definition of time is: "it's what clocks measure." Short of delving into Relativity, time can't be described with any more specificity than that.
