I'm not sure if I'm mentally unsound and therefore can't cope with an environment I'm supposed to cope with, or if the environment is cancerous and I need to bounce to save myself and get some autonomy

Shitty thing is I probably won't know the answer until I either stay or change and see the outcome. If I fail in the new environment I'm dumb and have made a mistake in judgement, and if I succeed then I've made the right choice

good sound decisions may not work out, and poorly thought through decisions may work out well. I don’t think decision quality and outcome are necessarily always 1:1 :)

Re: stay or go? My $0.02: if your environment isn’t fully supporting your blossoming, tune into that and make requisite changes to the environment and/or your expectations and requirements of it til it is

Re: financial stability? My $0.02: There’s a billion ways to make money, more everyday. Just make sure your time and the value of that time is included in the calculus of any compensation
