Could you please outline 2 (or 3) essentials right off the top of your head that would help one "unlearn" what they're being told. Also, would this unlearning apply to a specific domain vs adopt a meta perspective on perhaps say, learning vs involve general life advice?

The key is success and winning are different things Winning is entirely destructive to any social environment Living things require chaos, chaos requires change and feedback loops Success is more about appreciation than achievement and sure as hell not about a final outcome
