Maybe fine in Australia. USA's "quantified self" business model is all over data-driven healthcare as long as we don't mind having our medical data sold to health product advertisers and insurance companies. Pre-existing conditions are especially useful for denying us coverage.
Yeah that's a concerning bioethical issue around it :/ I'd prefer the future where care is fully personalised and private. Though even that is concerning. Should your partner be aware if you have any STDs? What about if you have a disease that will spread to offspring? Idk man

I think partners should be made aware of STDs, and genetic diseases should be known by offspring. I wouldn't even mind insurance companies knowing everything about my health if not for the corrupt incentive to deny coverage. Vital healthcare should not be for profit.
