Wish I could have a discussion with my body as to why the hell it keeps torturing me lately. Alas I do not understand it's language. Why is it that we have effective ways to communicate with others yet not ourselves? Big hopes for the future of holistic, data driven healthcare

You can have that discussion! Different systems have different languages but the biggest issue I had to overcome was being a clueless beginner while learning the language. That might have to do with handing over ‘control’ to the outside system but the feeling passes! Best wishes!
