Wish I could have a discussion with my body as to why the hell it keeps torturing me lately. Alas I do not understand it's language. Why is it that we have effective ways to communicate with others yet not ourselves? Big hopes for the future of holistic, data driven healthcare

This was going to be my recommendation. Our bodies actively tell us things all the time. That's what emotions are! If you're too distracted, though, it's nearly impossible to make sense of it. Meditation helps. Once you can clear the storm of thoughts, you can start to listen.
