I try, though I have a lot of trouble focusing and often it makes me more stressed :/ I often wonder about the trade-off of getting good at it vs time lost.

I feel ya — there’s a lot of body dissociation in our culture — getting back in tune with our instincts and intuition, as well as integrating suppressed aspects of our psyche, all seem like useful starting points
