Take a year off and volunteer for a non-profit you care about. It won't cost any money, and will give you first hand experience, connections, and something to put on your resume. And it will be serving your ideals. If, after a year, you want to go back to school, you still can.

unfortunately I cant afford to work without payment for longer than a few weeks. i'd have to move back in with my family. also im unable to postpone my particular degree. if im in im in, and if im out im out :')
