thought death was my number one fear, but really my fear is a bad life the fear of death comes around whenever i feel like that latter fear is coming to fruition

I think death still scares me if I sit and make myself think about it for a while, but normally it doesn't intrude on my daily life much at all anymore

Madman. Even if I'm not explicitly thinking about it, I think subconsciously it motivates 90% of my being (what a value, what I do, anxiety etc.) Teach me your ways

Really idk! I wish I could help. I had anxiety about it maybe from like late elementary school to middle school but it just kinda went away...
