So find a way to channelize the angst because it's going to be useful for when it comes back + these refractory periods are often fertile territory for maturity/growth + fun/play.
thank you! definitely have seen this to be a recurring wave, as you describe. and coming out of it usually encourages a spurt of productivity. i like the idea of channeling it rather than my current goto, which is bullying myself for my lack of motion lol.

am currently using this 'unproductive' time as an opportunity to delegate time to socialising and strengthening friendships also having a crack at super simple & 'silly' creative projects, like making rainbow clay glob monsters who have an appetite for electrical trash
