It doesn't have lentils I'm afraid :p It's this recipe, I translated it to english in a screenshot. I kinda skipped the instructions and just looked at the ingredients. I made it in a pan instead of a tagine. https://www.evavzw.be/recept/tajine-met-seitan-en-groenten …pic.twitter.com/3Ua68RNXkx

I replaced the 3-4 tomatoes and tomato paste with 2 tomatoes and canned tomato sauce. I replaced the 2 packs of seitan with 2 packs of veggie minced meat, one based on tofu and one based on seitan. I made these decisions pure on what I had laying home :p
