it really can be beautiful. but also i worry that this fear of true alone-ness is detrimental to getting a deep, first-person understanding of reality rather than a peripheral perspective

Oh, I’m super woke on this. One time I forgot to take my phone with me to shower and freaked out. I always listen to some podcast or shit when I’m doing anything. Otherwise I might have to think about my life.
