Biggest impacts on my mental health - school - work I'm sure these apply to most people. And maybe family would come in 3rd place. Why do our institutions still seemingly not value human welfare? And how can we change this?

Yeah, it's important that we're able to find ways to sustain ourselves that align with our values. Where I used to work I had this problem and the problem of not having much autonomy. I find these translate into experience as generally being unmotivated.

Totally. If I'm truly interested an invested in something, I put every once of effort in. Wish this could somehow be better accommodated for
