cringe is good, it means you're getting better. aim to cringe as much as possible in life and enjoy it like spicy food nervous energy... meditate, deep breathing. patiently, ask yourself what the nervousness is about, where it's coming from. for me I think it was loss-aversion

with experience (and note-taking), you come to notice that actually nothing is ever really lost. good ideas always come back in some shape or form. so you can just let things go

I find it helps to have a short time between whatever is causing your nervous energy and some output. To me it's usually a note on Evernote.

I am constantly switched on & seemingly incapable of relaxing. From the moment I wake in the morning till when I sleep it's like I'm running off 8 coffees. I feel like I'm vibrating lol. Prob a combination of anxiety and something else
