"Canadian summers" are a thing here. Everyone gets all crazy and bold for the duration of the hot weather and it takes a lot of restraint to let bygones be bygones for that amount of time. So lots of impulsivity is on the way.

Nice ‘thread’; don’t know what inspired you to tweet ‘willingness of powers to exploit...’, but in a cool way it actually makes sense...especially here in CA, which my computer thought I meant Canada, when I’m in California...
