Can we at least have a UBI for people that want to do some good Like idk apply to the Gov, say what you want to work on, and so long as you can prove progress you'll get the $$ to support yourself while you do it Why don't we subsidise doing good things?

That's what non-profits are. But they end up getting overly complicated, and for some reason, almost no one feels exited about starting them.

Nah I'm not talking non profits. Just personal projects really that aim to do some good could even be that some old dude decides he want to pick up trash 8hours a day Another could be a student that wants to develop an educational game

Also, this wouldn't be UBI, since the unconditional bit wouldn't be there. That would just be a basic income, or a normal minimum wage income, really.
