Like reddit. Decentralize and crowdsource the governance model experimentation and let people vote with their feet. “You don’t like my nation? Welcome to go make your own.” (This sounds like larger scale than what you’re asking, but it’s the one I’ve got an answer for!

But the fight between ideas has never been fair. Idea markets make it fair.
