Anyone have any idea how I could get a bunch of kids together, say about 10 7-10 year olds, to teach them digital note-taking? I have a feeling that will produce a lot of insights on how to teach it to adults

+1 - most schools (at least in my area) have one lesson per week for people to come in to give talks etc, so they’ll probs be quite open to it as well

I'm probably the least child-connected demographic that exists. I don't even know any children

Agree with Emily here. What you could do, not knowing kids, is reach out to adults you know who have kids. Enroll that person (or more) in your project and work through their connections to a school. You likely know more adults (or could connect to).
