look probably but i like to think its not 100% for my own sake if it wasnt a fact that i could put effort into healing myself & enacting my dreams rather than being totally pre-determined id go mad

so i view it like, enviro+genes might put you at a disadvantage, meaning you need MORE willpower to overcome that influence, but itll never totally make it impossible.

I think what we are and what we call willpower is in some sense an interaction between our environment and genes. Although I view the beauty of life as being tangential to its explanation.
