lol okay so imagine you submit a request for your HW to be done one of the tutor peeps will review and accept - conditionally the kid who requested commits to making some progress on something that isnt the HW. if the HW-doer reviews their progress & the kid pulls through...

they only pay 1/2 of the price for the job (company will pay the remainder to the tutor) if not, they just pay full price which is their penalty for flunking w/ no reason xD (or rather, lack of reward)
