lol okay so imagine you submit a request for your HW to be done one of the tutor peeps will review and accept - conditionally the kid who requested commits to making some progress on something that isnt the HW. if the HW-doer reviews their progress & the kid pulls through...
they only pay 1/2 of the price for the job (company will pay the remainder to the tutor) if not, they just pay full price which is their penalty for flunking w/ no reason xD (or rather, lack of reward)
It's legal, just not ethical. But school doesn't really measure anything, and real life is already unfairly balanced anyways. So I'm not sure if it matters.
It could be ethical if you use it to convince them to do cooler things related to their interests 
Prepare for the massive hit of inspiration you'll get for life-changing side projects/entrepreneurial pursuits or whatever
