Follow resonance. Seems woo woo, but from my experience, it seems to serve some higher order decision making purpose akin to the more rational parts of us - only it feels like something, very much like more fundamental drives such as hunger or fight/flight.

Resonance is a feeling of having one's soul oriented properly, or close to. At least that's all I can describe it as. You can rationalise doing things all you want, but when you're in the moment and feeling that pull of total energy and flow, that's something else.

Resonance doesn't ask for a reason for why it's pointed towards whatever it is. It just is. And if you allow yourself to recognise when it nudges you and follow it, you'll get to understand a lot more about yourself, and how you can optimise functioning at 'full beingness'

Yes. Wish ‘woo woo’ would be explored more from a place of rationality, people would realize it’s not irrational ... just more instinctual, less defined by ‘daytime’ reason and more by the vast expanse of one’s inner resonance system which is always very ‘nighttime’
