Follow resonance. Seems woo woo, but from my experience, it seems to serve some higher order decision making purpose akin to the more rational parts of us - only it feels like something, very much like more fundamental drives such as hunger or fight/flight.
Resonance is a feeling of having one's soul oriented properly, or close to. At least that's all I can describe it as. You can rationalise doing things all you want, but when you're in the moment and feeling that pull of total energy and flow, that's something else.
Resonance doesn't ask for a reason for why it's pointed towards whatever it is. It just is. And if you allow yourself to recognise when it nudges you and follow it, you'll get to understand a lot more about yourself, and how you can optimise functioning at 'full beingness'

This is it. Only the heart is just an organ when it comes down to it. Ava the soul is nowhere to be found. So things are a bit weird according to rational me. But they certainly feel fancy
Couldn't agree more! We each have a "vibe", and it's great to firstly hear it, know it, and find others with whom we vibe, too. Sadly, a lot of us have forgotten to listen. Thoughts? :)
Agreed. I can only speak from personal experience, but I definitely remember having this vibe feeling first when I was about 14. I sometimes followed it. Wasn't until recently I really put effort into that though :) Can't say much for others though
