I think shame is largely bundled in the language we use. Changing our language is a really interesting way of changing our perspectives. Consider these: what happens when you replace justice with revenge? Changing your opinion with updating? Wrong vs surprised? Any others?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how our sense of “justice” is often just revenge! I also think replacing the words “good” and “bad” with anything more precise would be very useful, like “increases” or “decreases my wellbeing”. Replacing “should” with “could”.

Another is "i cant do this, dont have the time" vs "i dont want to do this". Weird to be more empowered with how we spend our time & what we value. Also I'm curious, have you considered narcissism or egotism in relation to shame? Is it self-love or nah? idk man I need to think
