Many people don't seem to have a bone of curiosity in their body and it boggles my mind How could you not want to think about the future and how things work and why anything even exists at all? Is apathy dumb or evil? Is fear a seperate metric? Individual pressure or societal?

Curiosity is blocked by fear and anxiety :/ In general avoidance emotions override approach emotions, and most people are choked up with avoidance emotions almost all the time.
