What's the difference between that and dumb? I'm guessing that if info is readily available, and you're mistaken / that's dumb. But if info is not easily obtained, then that's a mistake - nothing good or evil about it.

Reason being is that evil is usually high power getting less things done for self-serving/emotional reasons. Often this is with very limited utility.
