I think fashion is such a useful tool. If you want to gain self confidence, wear weird shit that makes you feel like a boss. If you want to lower social anxiety, weird shit to spark conversations and compliments from similarly weird people (they make great friends).
Simply allocating more attention to how I present myself to the world (+ me) visually made a really big impact on the dynamics of my social interactions. Seems superficial, but we're visual creatures. Put effort into presenting yourself as a cool and unique human. It pays off.
