One of the biggest step changes in increasing my concentration came from turning off vibrating notifications while on Silent. Another was noise-cancelling headphones.pic.twitter.com/3zpIwi6lvB

Yes! My noise cancelling headphones are a life saver Also I have zero notifications on my lock screen except calendar stuff and texts from my family + A helpful one was no red notification bubbles!!
