They're basically the equivalent of chucking a bandaid over a bigger problem. If you're feeling hungry, your body needs some substantial food (we should trust its signals) & carbs, not a hit of caffeine and sugar that'll peak in a few minutes Plus they comfort eating disorders

Hahaha. I never got into coffee thankfully. I probably have it once every 2 weeks and ppl don't understand how I function
