an informed belief is a choice to construct your own moral code to live by, and believe in those actions and life-plans that correspond with it whilst knowing it may not be correct, or that the universe itself likely has no moral code. it is a chosen construct.

Opinion: a personal preference developed by our environment & biology. it often has an aesthetic component, and asserts subjectivity rather than objectivity - it does not apply to everyone and has no moral dimension. we often confused beliefs with opinions in politics.

Attitude: whilst an opinion is largely aesthetic and appeals to our senses, our attitude is based on emotional responses to things, as well as our general mental outlook. what response do we have to people with different opinions? what about different beliefs? thats attitude.

Value: from a philosophical perspective, value is a degree of worth that we place on something. worth can be defined in different ways, such as utility, beauty, or scarcity. our values are often derived from our beliefs bc they are their real-world instantiations @ guidelines.
