i somehow have to juggle two part time jobs, my personal writing goals and projects, a science degree, AND the super demanding extra part of my degree - part of which is my needing to do an internship, and start a business good lord we're gonna need some miracles here

You have quite the commitments lined up. I don't think you need to be doing everything all at once. But what I find helps is dividing what needs to be done that month and then never thinking about the big picture. You can scale this down however you like.

For neurotic types, I find it very easy to fall into unproductive cycles of obsession about all that needs to be done. Looking big picture, while important for planning, tends to make me think about all the paths I can take to reach my goal(s).

By narrowing down, you distract yourself less and focus on what's immediately important. There's a (blind) trust in the process. Amor fati :p
