I highly suggest reading/listening to the 12 week year and the 4 hour work week. It will help you balance and manage these things! It helped me since Im the director of marketing at a tech company, cofounder of a vegan company and I’m launching a marketing agency! You can do it

You have quite the commitments lined up. I don't think you need to be doing everything all at once. But what I find helps is dividing what needs to be done that month and then never thinking about the big picture. You can scale this down however you like.

For neurotic types, I find it very easy to fall into unproductive cycles of obsession about all that needs to be done. Looking big picture, while important for planning, tends to make me think about all the paths I can take to reach my goal(s).

Want a tip? Trash as many goals as possible & replace with systems (i.e. writing a minimum of 10 sentences daily). Sort the tasks by priority and plan your time accordingly. It's doable. But I know what it feels like to have too much on one's slate. Take a breather.
