The most terrifying death is not the one that shows its face at the graveyard. It's the death that happens in the very midst of life. We waste excessive effort on frantically avoiding the first and prolonging our time left, yet rarely consider vanquishing the second.
Fair. Although I find most self help completely misses the mark, and many motivational speakers try to get people up and kicking goals (e.g exercising, eating well - both related to the first death) without considering why they should be doing it in the first place or
