Basically, the human nature argument is moot, defeatist, and above all, a failure of imagination. We can say the same for the idea that a super intelligent AI cannot ever exist, given the simplicity of its current form. Recursive self improvement is the kicker.
Human nature is continually reiterated generation by generation, individual by individual. We may minimise the stamp of evolution individually, but it seeps through the cracks at scale. (And some would widen those cracks, see social platforms)
