So many. Not sure if I'll ever be able to fully make them go away, but lessening their presence is what I strive for. I go on terrible social media binges whenever I have bad mental health (which only worsens it), & get terrible self-doubt that stops me from making progress etc.

I try not to beat myself up over it. That will only increase the chances you'll do it again tomorrow. Acceptance, and move forward. The best day to do it was yesterday, but the second best is right now.
