Even so, we cannot ignore the shortcomings of society nor all the unnecessary suffering that occurs around the globe.
Life is beautiful, but not always pleasant. 
Thus our task is to revel in the opportunities that consciousness gifts to us, and similarly show compassion and empathy so that others might experience these same positive experiences as much as possible.
A delicate balance is needed.
Don’t pull the wool over your eyes, And don’t harbour a hatred towards life either. Find the sweet spot.
